Only 20 recipes . Could be the shortest cookbook in history. I guess you get what you pay for! Recipes look ok though.
Just got my air fryer and was looking forward to trying it out: starting with basics and progressing from there. These recipes aren't very helpful: they switch from metric to US and at least one (the cobbler recipe) is missing at least half of the ingredients. Also, some of the directions don't make sense (as if they're a bad translation of another language). I'm glad this was a freebie so I didn't waste money buying it.
Trying some of the recipes. I have a small fryer and food allergies so I have to adapt each recipe, but the book has some good basics
