This is an excellent intermittent fasting book for women. It has some tips and tricks, which improve health. It is the best way to use intermittent fasting for muscle gain. I think it is a handy book. Health is wealth and when it comes to woman we are very much conscious about our weight and health.

I was very surprised to see them recommending eating more than 25 carbs on a keto eating plan which is not correct. Only 5% of calories recommended for carbs on a keto plan. And one would NEVER recommend eating "Examples of great carbs to eat that have plenty of fiber and give you long-lasting energy include oats, barley, quinoa, lentils, beans , (kidney, cannellini, navy, black beans), brown rice, wild rice, chickpeas, and bran. As for As for breads, you can get whole wheat, rye, pumpernickel or sprouted grain. Try to keep your corn, white rice, and white flour consumption to a very small percentage of your carbohydrate intake." All completely incorrect because all of these foods have STARCH in them and that is NOT allowed during fasting meals under any circumstances.Refer to Dr.Jason Fung and his fasting books. I fast during the day and eat no more than 1 low carb meal when I eat. But I have also done 2 and 3 day fasts and my last one was for 7 days and I lost 11 pounds.

I just finished Chapter 4. I’ve learned about the correct percentage of Carbs, Proteins and Fats. I tried the OMAD for a couple days and lost a few pounds but couldn’t sustain it or how.
