I bought this for a friend who is moving.
Very nice compilation for a city with many talented, up-and-coming chefs. I am glad they were willing to share some of their expert creations. It is fun making the recipes and taking over the results with friends.
Great cookbook with fun recipes!
As a former Pittsburgher, I loved seeing and reading about the new restaurants around town. Have missed the great Pittsburgh ethnic food. What treasures our foods are.
I'm a sucker for a good cookbook and when you combine it with one of my favorite cities, Pittsburgh, it's a dynamite combination that can't be beat. The pictures are incredible and come right off the page. The writing is entertaining and not pedantic. And the recipes are all you'd want from a cookbook. Great read and great eats!
